What can I ask about?
You can ask about suspicious texts, emails, calls, websites, payment requests, account warnings, scams, device settings, account protection, or another online situation that does not feel right.
What is the difference between Private and Private Concierge?
Private provides trusted expert guidance for everyday digital-safety questions. Private Concierge includes everything in Private, plus a dedicated expert, priority assistance, proactive reviews, Zoom calls, and consent-based hands-on support.
How is access to the line verified?
The shared pilot number may appear publicly. Before discussing private account or case details, we verify that the caller has an active membership. Caller ID alone is not identity proof.
When can I call?
Calls are accepted 24/7, but an expert may not be available immediately. If we miss your call or receive a voicemail, we will call back as soon as possible. No immediate answer or callback time is guaranteed.
How long can a call last?
Private calls are limited to 15 minutes. Private Concierge calls are prioritized and limited to 25 minutes.
How many members and caller numbers are included?
One Person includes one member and one saved caller number. Couple includes two members and two saved caller numbers. Family includes up to four members and four saved caller numbers. Each member uses an individual Hacked.com account.
Will an expert ask for my password or security code?
No. You enter passwords and authentication codes yourself. Hacked.com will not ask you to send or read out those credentials.
Is Private Line an emergency service?
No. Immediate danger should be reported to emergency services. Suspected financial fraud should also be reported promptly to your bank or payment provider through an independently verified number.
How does launch-pilot pricing work?
The page shows both the standard monthly price and the lower launch-pilot price. Enrollment details will state the applicable price and recurring billing terms before you subscribe.
