Your membership includes expert advice, step-by-step help to secure and recover your accounts, and follow-up at no additional charge for new online security issues that begin while your membership is active.

Included support and annual security check

One 50-minute security check is included each paid membership year to review your accounts and answer your questions. Book from your account when you need it, subject to your agent's availability. After a completed check, your next invitation is due 12 months later while membership is active. Your annual billing date stays the same.

Contact your expert through your secure case workspace. Calls are scheduled when needed; immediate availability is not guaranteed. Your previous case handler remains your agent where available. Another Hacked.com expert can provide cover.

Membership terms

Membership is available to existing clients with a resolved case. Personal covers one person’s personal accounts. Business includes that person’s personal accounts and the online accounts of one named business. Membership starts after confirmed payment and covers new incidents beginning during active membership. Previously purchased support is unchanged.

Extensive managed recovery, legal work, third-party charges, and reimbursement of losses are not included. Any additional work is explained and priced before you decide. Recovery cannot be guaranteed.

Billed annually and renews until canceled. Cancel future renewal in billing; access continues through the paid period. Prices are in USD. One security-check appointment is included per paid membership year; unused appointments do not accumulate.
