The Trans-Pacific Partnership is the most comprehensive, far-reaching treaty in the 21st century. WikiLeaks has released the final negotiated text of the Intellectual Property Rights Chapter in the U.S. Government’s Trans-Pacific Partnership (TPP) trade deal.
The whistle-blowing website contends that the intellectual property (IP) rights chapter of the much-debated TPP trade agreement “has perhaps been the most controversial chapter due to its wide-ranging effects on internet services, medicines, publishers, civil liberties and biological patents.”

Free speech, including the right to protest, can no longer be taken for granted.
