1. Pay-as-you-go

Description:
This plan is designed for companies wanting to offer employees foundational digital wellbeing support with a pay-as-you-go structure. Employees have access to Hacked.com’s core services, providing security and privacy assistance when needed.

  • Included Services
    • Annual Digital Wellbeing Webinar: Covers essential personal security and privacy tips for employees.
    • Ongoing Support Access: Employees have access to our support line, with services billed at a 40% reduced hourly rate, with the cost covered by either the employee or employer (as determined by the partnering organization).

2. 20 hours included

  • Description: This mid-tier plan includes a set number of dedicated support hours, making it easy for employees to access assistance when they need it most.
  • Included Services:
    • Annual Digital Wellbeing Webinar with access to recordings.
    • 20 hours of included support annually for personal security and privacy cases (e.g., hacked accounts, harmful content removal, and more).
    • Discounted rates are available for any additional hours beyond the initial allocation, billed at a 40% reduced hourly rate, with the cost covered by either the employee or employer, as determined by the partnering organization.

3. Full coverage

Description:
Our comprehensive package includes a full suite of digital wellbeing services and unlimited support for your employees, with added access to exclusive training resources.

Included Services:

  • Unlimited Access to personal security and privacy support for all employees.
  • Annual Digital Wellbeing Webinar plus quarterly live webinars on specialized topics, such as social media security and data privacy.
  • Ongoing Microlearning Content and exclusive access to a digital security resource library.
