How can your employees reach out to us?
We will send you an information deck that you can distribute to your employees via email or intranet. Any person sending an email to [email protected] with your company’s domain name will receive free help.
What do we cover?
We cover your employees’ personal online accounts, including personal online issues like the recovery of online accounts, removal of personal images or videos, dealing with personal blackmailing, and impersonation.
We do not cover..
We do not cover your company’s systems, procedures, software, or hardware.
What information do we need of your employees?
None. Anonymity, security, and trust are important to us.
How we work and the data that we process
For each incident, your employees will reach out to [email protected] If the domain name they are sending from corresponds with a company that has engaged Hacked.com, we will invite each employee to a private Zoom session with one of our security experts. You can read how we work here.
We will store your employee’s email correspondence with us including internal notes on what has been done to help your employee. This will then be used to generate a quarterly compliance report for the correlating company where the data has been anonymized. We never record Zoom sessions.
The Webinar
Each year, we will send out a link that you can distribute within your company which grants your employees a free webinar from Hacked.com about personal digital security with free Q&A.
The Qualifying Period
We have a three months qualifying period. Your employees must have had protection by Hacked.com for at least three months to get free help. We can only support your employees with new issues. For older problems or incidents, they must order help at Hacked.com.
